I don't believe he's in NDs best interest
He was never going to consider ND. I don't quite get your pointless comment. All of your posts offer nothing I've noticed.http://www.espn.com/college-footbal...y-close-deal-houston-cougars-coach-tom-herman

Why not the smu coach? They beat Houston. The Navy coach? His team whipped up on Hermans team. Maybe he could get the Irish playing Tough again?

So have ND run the option. Let's go back to 1989. Come on it works for the service academies but I don't remember him making the playoffs.Ken N. has beaten Notre Dame and Kelly a couple of times and almost a couple other times. He gets the most out of his players and they play tough football. I have not seen the SMU coach enough to judge him but I would take Ken N. over Brian Kelly.

That's right this speed option has worked out do well huh?So have ND run the option. Let's go back to 1989. Come on it works for the service academies but I don't remember him making the playoffs.
A change in offense is definitely needed to spare the defense ....Stanford has a blue print , so finding the correct balance is the keyWhy not at least look at that option (pun intended). Notre Dame could still recruit top defensive talent and athletes on offense. Would just have to get less receivers and top QBS----But Lamar Jackson from Louisville was only a mid 3 star. What ND has done in the last 23 years has not worked so why not try option football?
Schiano is the best choice but Kelly needs to be fired first.
Your savior just got lit up for 48 big ones by Memphis. 9-3 after also losing to them, SMU, and Navy.http://www.espn.com/college-footbal...y-close-deal-houston-cougars-coach-tom-herman

Not exactly on Nick Saban-like ground.

I get the feeling a lot of you guys sleep with the lights on?
yikes, such deep thought.
No but I have seen the 4 and 8 season, the numerous 8 win seasons. 9 and 3 looks better to me and Herman doesnt have embarrassing off the field issues.Hum I guess you didn't see the Memphis game.
The Irish alread have gat type of coach
Lmao if you think I'm happy with the goings on with the ND HC you haven't billowing my postNo but I have seen the 4 and 8 season, the numerous 8 win seasons. 9 and 3 looks better to me and Herman doesnt have embarrassing off the field issues.

Okay. I agree with that.Sarcasm dude. I never thought for a second he would come here, just more pie-in-the-sky....
Lol. Maybe. I feel the same way about P.J. Fleck. They score points but give up points too. Similar to Kelly's Cincinnati teams. I think Fleck would be more of the same at ND.Lmao if you think I'm happy with the goings on with the ND HC you haven't billowing my post
