If you ever want to cancel call me. Happy to refund you if you want off the site.
That works for a monthly subscription. Not sure it will help for those that pay annually.

I tried that number, but got cheta41 who gave me another number that turned out to be sjb75 who couldn't help. Is he a mod here ?

I will tell my story of Rivals.
$100'ish for the year. I wanted to terminate and contacted them. It was an endless never talking to a person there. I got charged another year.
My credit card expiration was up the next year. I thought, this is it! Somehow they guessed my new expiration date and charged my card again.
I was furious at this point and cancelled my card. Bottom line: do not ever give you card number for a subscription.
At any point of time you could have just contacted your bank & stopped payment on your card to Rivals? Takes five minutes...
My subscription was yearly. And, that's not how it works anyway - you would have to cancel the card, genius.
Back then under former ownership you could only cancel by calling them on the phone. And.......you guessed it - they NEVER answered their phone.
I am surprised to see a post like this for the new ownership. Posts like this used to be commonplace with the old group.
