"turned around in no time." Huh? Apparently you don't know that Minnesota was a 9 win team last season, lost by only 3 points in OT at Penn State and won their bowl game. Fleck inherited a damn good team in the weaker West division of the B1G.
There's been lots of stories about Kelly not getting along or being likes by recent and long ago players. Surely you've read about this!

Coach Bob Chmiel who is on Mike Frank's Podcast does not think Fleck is all that good other than being a motivator.
That is true..... but would also be fair to point out they went 9-4 last year at Minnesota. . .
