Froggies v Doggies tonight.

Yeah okay. Tcu did beat Michigan. Tcu is a better team than Utah.

The moment is too big and Georgia is too good
Rather than the “they deserve it argument” we’ll actually get the best teams in the title game. I know it devalues the regular season but no way we see TCU here in a 12 team playoff.

Probably ohio state. And that game was played as well

No. He's depressed. Georgia is the best program in cfb and Smart is taking over. He's getting older and lost a ton.

He could see it slipping away
He’s coming back. He just had the best class ever. He’s a dedicated old man and won’t die without at least 2 more.

Absolutely brutal. None of the models had TCU as a top four team-they do not belong on the same field as a Georgia or an Alabama. Well they do deserve their Windover Michigan, I bet if they played 10 times Michigan wins at least seven of those.

Alabama would probably be favored over everybody on a neutral field other than Georgia. Alabama would be slight favorite Ohio State.
They would both they should have won the 2 they lost

This shouldn’t be surprising. I was posting this blowout prediction on the IB podcast today and Driskell was saying no way TCU is darn good. This is typical non blue blood matchup.

This is why we need a 12 team playoff. While nobody wants to watch Bama, Saban was right. They would be favored if they played TCU.

Ga had a ridiculously easy path to the playoffs and 2 yrs in a row lucked out with opponent injuries—-Harrison and other OSU injuries this year and Jameson and metchie last year plus bama’s 2 starting corners. young played injured for nearly half the season and ga split with Bama last year. Anyone who thinks this game does anything but motivate the hell out of the goat is kidding themselves. we’ll see but I think Bama is back next year and on a mission. Btw, ga schedule next year makes Clemson‘s look like a holtz gauntlet—-complete joke

Either way he was grinning bc he knows he should be there and this is proving him right. It’s patting his ego.

Georgia is now the number 1 cfb program

Alabama will not be great next year. Lose way too much

The size, speed, and talent discrepancy was obvious from the get-go. Everyone wants to put these small non-traditional powers in with the big boys, and this is what you get. You can expand the play-off to 12 teams, but in reality you'll still only have 3 teams with a legit chance to win the championship.

They handled Michigan!

Wouldn’t the 12 team playoff most likely avoided this scenario?

No one will care about this score in 10 years. People will always talk about 42-14 because we’re ND. People love to hate ND. No one talks about USC/OU thrashing. Or Miami/Nebraska.

Ohio State would be national champs if they could kick a field goal.
Yep and that's why I don't put as much weight on the outcome of a single game.

What a team does from play to play drive to drive quarter-to-quarter over the course of many plays drives and quarters is way more indicative of team quality than the outcome of a single football game. Which is why a metric like F+ is so damn important in the right context

Lol. Doesn’t it suck that you have to play the game?!

ACC has 3 championships in the last 10 years, Big 10 has 1. All the others have zero.
The ACC has Clemson and FSU and even Miami looks like they're on the rise which is nice. But the bottom half of the conference is G5 level trash

The fat lady starte warming up at the end of first quarter. She sang, took her bows and exited the field before the bands performed at halftime.

Feel bad for the Froggies, but what a season they had! Congrats and taking the Wolvies out of the natty will never be forgotten by this Irish fan!
