I don’t post much on here about ESPN’s obvious distaste for ND, since it is well known, but this ESPN troll attempt really blows some of the others out of the water. I ventured over to the website & looked at “The Most Important Takeaway For Each Top 25 Team.” Well, although the write-up on ND is pretty good somehow the only Top 25 Team that has a write-up on the opponent is ND’s opponent Syracuse. ESPN made it a point to let everyone know the starting QB got knocked out in the 1st quarter & how he has accounted for most of the Syracuse offense this year. Really quite impressive the lengths ESPN goes to to thwart anything pro-ND.
So now we will have to hear that although we completely destroyed Syracuse it was only because they weren’t at full strength.
