E. Elliot cited for issues after crash Sunday Night

i think if this was will fuller instead
Irishjohn, EE was pulled over for DUI and missing a stop sign or something , maybe underage consumption, I forget his football/school penalty, but state driver's license suspended 6 months. so happened before August game.
Happy and Blessed New Year.
i don't believe any of that is true. i believe it was suspended over an unpaid ticket.

Mea cupa, mea cupa. It was JT Barrett the QB on Halloween, Oct 31, 2015, pulled over for avoiding a DUI checkpoint, suspended by Coach Meyer for next game. Ezekiel E. was cited for speeding in June 2014, and did a diversion program, and paid a $126 fine. He claims he did not know his license was suspended for this. He and Dad are fighting to get licesnse back. But They are both Ohio St. stars...

I'd send him home for using the word "majorly" in his statement

Irishjohn, CORRECTION: It was JT Barrett, QB, was pulled over for avoiding a DUI checkpoint, maybe underage consumption, Oct. 31, 2015. Coach Meyer suspended him next game. Ezekiel E. was cited for speeding in June 2014, did a diversion program and charged a $126 fine., He claims he did not know his license was suspended for this and will fight the charge in court. I apologize for mixing up the 2 players.
Happy and Blessed New Year.
Beautiful. I can never remember a time in my life when I didn't know my license was expired/suspended. I was 18/19/20 once in my life and never remember playing the "I'm just stupid" card IRT my driver's license.

just makes him look really stupid saying that he did not know his license was suspended. No one outside of OSU homers would ever believe that. When this all happens you are told exactly what is going on with your license, no chance of any misunderstanding.

agreed. still small potatoes though. certainly doesn't warrant a suspension unless he's had a laundry list of issues.

Being unaware of the status of your license isn't that unusual. Happens alot of mail doesn't get sent to the right place, the clerk accepting payment doesn't notify the clerk responsible for addressing the suspension, things happen and sure he probably knew or should have known but I have a lot of clients who I go check a speeding ticket on them and find out they have been suspended.
