Isn't that an argument that those 2 teams are on equal footing, as it's very easy to phrase either of them in interchangeable manners?
For me it's Alabama #1 right now because of consistency and Clemson/OSU #2/#3. Then it's everyone else. It's pretty fair to lump these three together in my book.
Their opinion is no more important or less important than anyone else here. I do agree that having experienced the process that it does give theirs more credibility. Background does matter when giving opinions on any subject I believe.
