I was excited to potentially see St Brown out there today vs Wake but he got injured in practice.
Also, can't wait to see Dexter get the ball today. You can tell he's going to have big home run ability.
Last week was Adams big splash.
I think Dexter will run wild today.

I simply enjoy watching Adams run the ball. I haven't seen a back at ND run like that in quite a while. Williams will be great too. His style is a little different than Adams. He kinda looks like the way Procise runs. Add Procise next year and possibly Jones and ND has a very good running corp. Also forgot Folston. Man,that is a great back unit.Jones could be redshirted..

Kelly is a superior evaluator of talent. He finds some of these kids who seem like a waste of a scholarships at times on paper. He brings them in builds them up to major talents. Fuller, Kizer, Troy Nicholas, Eifert (I know Weis recruited him), Prosise, Tranquil, Adams, Robinson, and etc. I think of some of great players who we have missed out on, but the kids who we got have become players than alot of them like Jared Payton, Greenberry, Tee Shepard, the 3rd string running back at Georgia, and Blake Barnett, and thinking how fortunate to have a great coaching staff that is great at what they do.

Most of those i agree with, but Troy Niklas chose us over USC and was a 4* recruit. Cant say he seemed like a "waste of a schollie" like the others.

Not sure how to react to your list. Kizer was a damn good get at the time, hardly the under the radar diamond in the rough that some here like to recall. He did get lost in the shuffle between Golson returning and The hype surrounding Malik's development and then the Wumbish commit. Most of us were really excited by his decision to come to ND. Adams was a major talent until he hurt himself his junior year, and many of us, most notably old 35 were predicting he would be the star of his class. More of the same with Niklas in that he was considered one of the top tight ends in the country coming out of high school, etc... I don't disagree with you that Kelly and staff are good evaluators of talent, and they have shown a knack for recruiting guys with multi position capabilities, and developing these into major contributors. Not sure I would do any better with examples supporting this view, but wanted to at least react to some of the names you provided.
