I'm no Clemson fan, but their entrance always gives me chills to watch. I hope the Irish are not on the field when this goes on.

Notre Dame is going to out do Clemson. Sheldon Day and Jerry Tillery and Navy Seal hero Marcus Lutrell are going to fastrope on to the 50 yard line from a MH47 Chinook helicopter. (They practiced this at the preseason Camp they go to)..
Don't even go there...rolling out of that Huey onto the HLZ under fire...made me sick.
Disclaimer: I never rolled out of a Huey and was never in the Vietnam War.
This is pretty cool, but I can promise you one thing...I will be booing them as loud as I possibly can from my seats! Can't wait to get there.

I don't even think it's that cool... Why would you run down a hill to get to the field? Some of these guys are 300lbs it wouldnt take much to get them rolling
when I lived in NC my friends and I took road trips to games at both Clemson and VT. Clemson is an amazing gameday experience and I think ND fans will really appreciate it. Having said that, no one in their right mind can compare the entrance of Clemson to VT. Blacksburg at night is simply the best entrance and pregame experience in the acc bar none. Its amazing and I cannot wait for the Irish to play there.
Been to Blacksburg and their entrance consist of large speakers and rock music. People do jump around, I'm not impressed, but some people might be, especially people that are easily impressed and don't follow the traditions of the game. Howard's Rock and running down the Hill, along with Chief Oseola are light years ahead of VaTech and their rock concert.
I agree. VTech's running out to loud Metallica music and artificial smoke seems dumb to me. Very 80's hair band.
But everyone loves their own traditions. You guys love Howard's Rock, Oklahoma fans love the players touching the "Play Like A Champion Today" sign, etc.
My favorite my be Ralphie the Buffalo. Too bad Colorado stinks.
I've seen a of stadiums, Chief Osceola and the flaming spear plant is great,but,I still think the entrance of the Band and the playing of "Hike Notre Dame" is the best entrance. The Sooner Wagon, Ralphie,Traveller and the Ramblin' Wreck are also among my favorites.Clemson and W.Virginia don't do much for me.

I hit an Auburn game back in '08 and liked watching the War Eagle buzz the stands with close approach flybys.
best athlete or warrior... its important best athlete would be close, Jayron Kearse is an absolute freak. best war daddy, toss up between Scott Pagano (aka the Hawaiian Hulk, who is actually Italian) and Boulware (Chuck Norris used to sleep with a pillow under his gun. Then, he met boulware...now he is to afraid to sleep)
