COME ON BRIAN!

First of all, good game. Hard, physical and well coached.

But that's the second time this year Kelly has knelt the clock out inside the 5 yard line. Let McIntosh bury that up inside. This is about friggen style points. Put every point up on the board that you can.

SMH.
I completely disagree on the NCST game. Yes, the NC game because we had back-ups in and they could use the reps. But, NCST was different. UP by 21 points and 45 seconds left is not the time to drop "style" points.

ND thoroughly dominated NCST in such a physical fashion that it would have been in VERY bad taste to humiliate them further. ND dropping 318 rushing yards on the nr. 6 rushing defense in the nation is "style" enough.

The one to Kevin was talked about as a missed throw by the radio booth and BK discussed it as the same in his post game, saying that BW would probably like to have that throw back. So, there were other opportunities to run it up. Also, that kneel down went against the offense incredible red zone scoring numbers. What I took away from the game is the guys are tougher than hell, don't break, wear you down, mistakes are part of the deal but they handle it really really good. I have no complaints about the win over NCST. The staff is on fire. WF cannot be taken lightly.

This (above) sums it up. It was a great game. Very well coached. The assistant coaches have done a marvelous job all year and the team is improving in its execution with every game. We had chances to put more points on the board, but it didn't happen. So what? Didn't need the points to show anyone who watched that we thoroughly dominated. The game was a statement by itself. Well done by all involved.

The post game show guys (Reggie Brooks and Marc Edwards) felt that missed opportunities to put points on the board may come back to haunt an offense when the opponent is perhaps a Final Four play off opponent. The good news is BK and staff recognizes this and so does BW. It will be fixed. As far as Kevin goes, I have two words......"Watch Out"!

Coach Kelly is the favorite to win coach of the year!

Don't confuse football and game talk with complaining. BK and staff see the same thing we do.....even more, and they are working to fix the problems. The radio booth and post game shows all "complained" about the things we are discussing here. It's just football talk.

Watch out for that dude from Iowa State. If they finish really strong he could be a candidate for the honor. The Cyclones haven't had a winning record since 2009 and last year they won only three games.
