Right now is the time this grade can really make a jump up. Gets a "C" but there's a lot of room to move up because of evaluation and development of the lower tier guys recruited.
Staff Hires - B
Been some flops(the two QB coaches come to mind), but very few. This new round of hires the last 2 years will make or break this grade.
Program Building - A
From where this program was to where it is now, I don't think this is even debatable.
Overall - B (3.0 - 3.49)
