Not a huge bball fan but I watched last night's game end to end. I'm not sure if I'm happier to see ND win or Coach K lose.
He's one of those sports figures, like Tony LaRussa and Belichick who the media has turned into a deity. That wouldn't be so bad but just like LaRussa he absolutely revels in it. (Belichick, to his credit couldn't care less).
They both have come to just friggin' LOVE their own celebrity and the media hosannas.
He's a good coach, players respect him, etc but when is the last time this guy won a big game?
