recruiting and the conversations were about a certain recruit and if he was a good choice to offer at Safety. After a couple coaches gushed about how much they liked him, one coach objected and said, "Well how do we know he can play safety, he plays CB in HS, show me video of a kid playing safety and I will tell you whether he is worth a scholarship, but not a CB" something along those lines. So, my question to you is, do you agree with that sentiment ? Isn't it wiser to recruit safeties to play safety rather than CB and guessing and hoping they can play safety ?
