I would line him up in the backfield. I would teach him to run north and south. He was an important recruit who has wasted away on the bench. When the other team blitzes hard I would use Sanders and his speed as a safety valve. Kelly should rotate 4 backs into the game. Its obvious Adams has been banged up. Sanders gives us speed and an immediate scoring threat. You gotta get your play makers on the field.

See under BK arrogance supersedes athleticism. Most...clearing my throat...all programs do the logical thing of talent plays and gives best chance to win. BK knows best and finds it most favorable and feels it gives his team the edge to sit the very best players and make zero adjustment.

Been working really well for BK huh

Sanders, Stepherson, Dexter Williams, Javon McKinley--- Kelly would rather play Freddy Canteen and the walkon. He likes RKG's !

He'll bring dexter in on a 3rd and 22 from our own 10 yard line and then think well so much for that experiment as he couldn't get the first down. All of the above happening mind you only after he has a good talking to with the coaching staff. The good ole staff.

Kind of like grand ole oprey. The good old staff.

That is why I want PJ Fleck. He gets along with youth. And for the people who say his Minnesota team sucks because they only beat Oregon State by 30+ points, wait until he has recruited for a couple of years. He will have Minnesota challenging the old guard--Harbaugh at Michigan and Urban at Ohio State----

C.J. Sanders: Here is another example of a guy everyone talks about all the time as a game breaker, and how many times does he see the field.
Do you think the rocket would have ever seen the field if Kelly were coach?? Or Brown? Or Bettis? Or Carter? Or Joe? Or Joe M? Or fill in the blank??

Hire Fleck and give Elko a $2 million raise. Hmm. How did we do with the last coach that came from Minnesota?

What in the hell has McKinley shown you, to merit any playing time?
That is a valid point! McKinley has shown absolutely nothing....because he is watching Freddy Canteen lead the receiving core. What has Freddy shown? Smith? Mckinley certainly must be a bust that fooled many top schools;)

$2 mill raise after two games, huh? If I recall, lots of people were thrilled with BVG's intensity and style after his first couple games.

But hey, if over-reaction suits you........

Elko is a UPenn man. Van Gorder was from like Wayne State or something. Elko has the mind.

I find it absolutly frustrating that you can not find a package of plays each week for sanders, williams, and claypool. Kelly states that williams can't block and does not know the plays well enough so he gets no run. It is just like when he refused to play Morgan over joe Schmidt. He would rather at that time have the 2nd least productive MLB in college football according to pff then play a freak athlete who does not know the playbook as well. By the way how does he allow joe to blitz more then jaylon more then 2x over the season. So frustrating.

Until ND has a qb that can get the recvrs the ball it doesnt make a difference. Teach Wimbush to throw a sideline out pattern and a deep ball and the recvrs will all look good.

CJ has not impressed on KOs. His fabled speed and quicks have not been really apparent He goes down on first contact. He is not making people miss. He showed more dynamism as a freshman. I thought he was on the way to becoming a Charles Nelson like player but he was injured sometime during his freshman year (hip flexer) and has never been the same since.

Sanders and Wiliams-OK, I agree. But what has Claypool done to warrant a package of plays?
