He did have them in the position to win but you are correct.
It could be a big stepping block for the future of his program
With as poor as Ohio was before coach Martin got there it was a good guage even if it was a poor SEC team which was far better than an even poorer Ohio team before coach Martin got there

Maybe Martin can come to ND and we can play in 6 and 6, 5 and 7 bowl. If you have a losing record you shouldn't be in a bowl nor feel good about almost beating the 5 and 7 team.
I am hoping that our 5th year transfers go his way. Folston could be a candidate. Matuska is a possible. The others like McGovern, Malik and Holmes have already made their desires known that they want power 5 schools I think.
