Championship Game record

Lou...just curious what ND's Championship Game record is over the last 25 years for all sports. I know there have been some championships in woman's soccer, 1 in woman's BB, 1 in men's soccer, and several in Fencing, but it seems the overall record would be close to 70% on the losing end, which obviously isn't great.
