I don't know about these guys but when the ESPN GameDay guys all picked Georgia Tech over ND... I knew the Irish would win.

No way. Relish in being favorites. It is harder to be favored and succeed. Great teams don't shy from it. They want it. A good backed up swagger is worth 7 points and kickoff hasn't even happened yet. Just ask Notre Dame from 88-93, ask Miami from 84-89, Bama from 07-12 what it feels like to go in favored and back it up by kicking the opponents ass.

It is not "harder to be favored and succeed". The game opened at Clemson -2 and the heavy ND money has made the game essentially a push (ND is favored by a point at one house).
