I predicted in the beginning of the year he would flourish with more experience and Sabans discipline. But it could be Fools Gold if he throws interceptions at key times especially in tight SEC games where he is under pressure from the rush.

I watched Tommy Rees in person win as a true freshman QB at USC in 2010.

I wish both of them well.

Big Buch fan.....just needed lots more playing time and not to be made of tissue. Some guys just are snake bit with injuries.

Time will tell but I don’t think Buchner is a good QB. IMO, he’s a great runner and athletic but he is not an accurate passer. I’m surprised Saban took him.
