well, I am starting to question the 'football passion' in some of the commits.

Those that had options to put their football careers in better standings and not adversly affectbthe education standing pat is as bewildering as Jack/Kelly. I do not expect to see the kind of football commitment from them that we would see at Bama or Auburn or tOSU. They will never play as if their lives depended on it.
My particular curiosity will be to watch Adebo. This is a kid that can go places, he is pursued; if he doesn't wind up at UT or TAM I will be shocked! I hope it is not a signing day flip.

Why do you even bother with Notre Dame? If something pisses you off so much why do you keep posting? What point are you trying to make? You hate Notre Dame. You hate BK and JS. How many times do we all have to read the same damn thing. Do you have anything new to say?

Perse. U need to chill out some. It's one thing to want a coaching change, it's over the top when u start bashing a recruit.

Have u ever thought that there are kids who want to come to ND because it's ND. And the fact that BK can still recruit good players when by all accounts he will be on the hot seat next season tells me that a new coach when hired should be able to still recruit with the best for ND. And the hope would be that he is a better field general Than BK - someone on. Par with a Shaw or Someone like that who has had multiple top 10 finishes.

That is all I hope for - a solid coach who can get ND into the top 10 on a semi regular basis. A program that competes very well every game. A program that at least has a shot at the playoffs.

bashing players or potential recruits is crazy. It is juvenile.

You can not want Kelly as the coach. I think he is a good coach, not a great coach. We are never going to have the same type of players up and down the line up like the Alabama's and the OSU. We will get our share but not as many. That is not what playing football at Notredame is about.
The sooner you realize that and come to grips with it. You have 2 choices. Go route for another team or cheer like hell and stop with the negativity. You think they are happy they went 4-8.

the only problem with these comments about ND vs. Bama and OSU is....It was Swarbrick and Kelly themselves who said Notre Dame should be about championships. Either they are delusional....or, possibly, the wrong people are trying to reach the goal.
