When he gets into a groove with his play calling it's a beautiful site to see.

Wish he could recruit some big time athletes on defense though as its been his achilles heel since the departure of diaco/Weis' recruits.

I agree OP, although I always thought of Kelly the play caller as Jekyll and Hyde.....
It can be beautiful, or it can be predictable and head scratching.

I have heard some say he doesn't call the play's unless things were falling apart. I also think the offensive personnel is gelling aswell

I feel like his offensive play-calling is completely random. Like he blindly throws darts at a dart board to decide what he's going to do next play, next week, next year. No real identity after 7 years. Just like he can't establish who the starting QB is... throw a dart.
