Except his approach does not show leadership, but simple grandstanding on a single issue. I highly doubt that the decision to award Biden was made without having previously discussing these same issues and concerns. The Bishop is not illustrating leadership; leadership involves making decisions that may be difficult, even controversial, not following the party line.
