It looks like Notre Dame is in play for Orlando (Fla.) Oak Ridge three-star linebacker Jonathan Jones, per the guys over at The Wolverine.
Jones just wrapped up an unofficial visit to Michigan, and put the Wolverines in his Top 3 along with Notre Dame and Stanford. He said he plans to take official visits to all three schools.
Irish running backs coach Autry Denson, who recruits the Central Florida area, was at Oak Ridge High in early May to evaluate Jones.
The 6-0, 207-pound linebacker is ranked as the No. 16 inside linebacker in the country and No. 59 prospect in the state of Florida.
