ND needs to get on this kid asap. He's already visited for spring practice. Plays with Julian Love and is poised to have a HUGE season. Was just at opening camp where he performed very well. 40 wasn't elite but times across the board were slow. He's a hell of a shifty possession type slot (at next level, plays all over now) with great hands and advanced routes.
