Since this eliminates walk ons how do you all feel this will effect talent dispursement in college football? I would assume many of the 3 star type guys who normally end up at G5 schools or lower end P4 will suddenly be recruited to the better P4 teams and the PWO types will find themselves no longer getting offers. Also I would imagine teams like ND, Alabama, Ohio St, etc will give 105 full scholarships. I wonder what the makeup will look like for the other schools.
