#1 ACC Champion Clemson played a fantastic game in the first round both on offense and defense. QB Deshaun Watson is amazing and Clemson's trickery kept OU on their heels.

#2 SEC Champion Alabama played a perfect game on offense and defense with FSU's QB transfer, Jake Coker threading the needle and commandeering a perfect offensive attack.

Now..............the only remaining question is:

Does undefeated #1 Clemson even stand a chance???

I don't think so. I think Alabama keys on Watson all game and hits him so many times he's punch drunk by the fourth quarter when Clemson is going to depend on him for a couple of big drives if they hope to win. Instead, it will be turnovers and punts as Alabama wins by 14.

Yes
Clemson's defense played outstanding but a win will have to be through the air. Watson will not be running so freely against this Bama defense.

If Clemson can pull it off (like tOSU did last year) that will be 2 National Championships in 3 years for the ACC.

In 2016 Clemson, FSU and UNC will make a run for the playoffs while other ACC teams will be building and rebuilding. About the only thing missing for the ACC is............Notre Dame!
