Just wondering. USC has gone from the cellar to possible playoff contender in one year with 19 transfers coming in this past year. In addition, players that are not getting enough playing time have the ability to transfer out to another school and be eligible to play immediately. Does Notre Dame stick to their principles as they have done in the past and preach development? If I remember correctly, at one time Notre Dame didn't redshirt and/or take any transfers. Times surely have changed and I hope ND adjusts and adapts accordingly.
