Will have more rushing yards in 2017: Folston or Adams?

Folston being out last year allowed Adams to get additional carries behind CJ. And he used them the best he could in 2016 he had:

835 yards on 117 attempts longest for 98, 2 fumbles and 6 TD

Folston in 2014 had:

889 yards on 175 attempts, longest for 26 yards, 6TD

folston. He was ready for huge year last year. I love Adams, but assuming both are healthy all year (big if) I think Adams has similar totals or maybe a little less. Folston moves the chains and gets the tds; Adams is the homerun threat.

I think the carries might be 50/50 or 60/40 in favor of Folston, but I think Adams will have more yards.
