I guess he knew what he was talking about. After seeing DK in 2 spring games I would've never thought he could quarterback this team to victories. Kid has some serious moxie!

I was happy(one of the few on here) for a reason when Golson announced he was transferring. Any QB on the roster would've been a better option than him. I just thought it'd be Zaire. Congrats to Kizer. He's been darn good.

Gotta give Perse props on his posts about Kizer over the past 2 years. He's been saying Kizer was underrated since he committed to ND and everyone complained about BK recruiting him.

Kizer looks the part and he's not likely to just hand Malik the ball next Spring. I hope Wimbush is patient because he is very talented too.

EG did ND a nice favor by pulling his Benedict Arnold move. Transfering to a hated rival of all places.

And as much as I can now care less about EG since he pulled that selfish act - I am extremely grateful as an ND fan. D. Kizer is the real deal. I love watching him play QB. For as little experience he has - he has been so good. I know there are times he holds onto the ball too long. But after watching him now for 5 games - I will take him over EG all day long.

And I also love MZ - MZ was poised to have an outstanding year as well. When he comes back next season - the QB position will be in great shape. Along w/ BW waiting in the wings.
