What's the Knock on Tillery?

Just read that Gary has declared for the NFL draft. The article mentions top DL prospects in 2019 draft and says Oliver, Bosa and Gary all project as high 1st rounders. This refrain has been repeated throughout the season. I have seen some love for Alabama and Kentucky at this position as the season has progressed, but never Tillery.

Can I ask why Tillery isn't mentioned routinely as a top DL prospect?

First off, Tillery has been remarkably healthy as a 4 year player at ND. Each of these guys have significant injury concerns THIS SEASON. Second, Tillery is routinely doubled and gets held a lot. He still produces. His 8 sacks from the interior are pretty good, better than any of those guys. It's hard to find other comparable stats for a D lineman, but he seems to be a beast to my eyes. He's also very intelligent and would be very coachable at the next level.

I don't subscribe to the NFL draft sites to read and evaluate Tillery's prospects. Just wondering what's the deal here. He wasn't even mentioned in talk for the Outland.
