BlueandGold.com would like to welcome the newest member to our team – Greg Ladky!
Many of you know Greg through his 17 years of covering recruiting as a videographer across the country for Rivals’ national team.
Greg will be the managing editor for BlueandGold.com. He will aid in all aspects of running this website’s daily operations. In addition, he will put his video skills on the road and help with ND football recruiting coverage.
In fact, Greg is heading down to Miami this morning to cover Irish 2023 running back commit Sedrick Irvin and wide receiver target Jalen Brown’s game this afternoon, and (time permitting) the Columbus-Monsignor Pace game this evening (a game loaded with 2024 prospects, including QB target Adrian Posse).
That is a heck of a first day! No time to rest! Blue & Gold is getting after it, and we are excited to have Greg as a full-time member of our great community here!
His username is @Greg Ladky. He will be interacting with you all throughout the day when he can, but much of his focus is on delivering our premium subscribers excellent coverage of the Gulliver Prep game, and I’ll be in Mentor, Ohio today seeing 2023 defensive end commit Brenan Vernon.
We know there are so many places to get Notre Dame football recruiting information. We differentiate ourselves by going out on the road and covering these recruits in-person like no one else does.
Greg is a 2003 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has followed Fighting Irish football his entire life.
He has filmed – in just regular high school games – about 40 Notre Dame commitments over the years, including Golden Tate, Michael Floyd, Kyle Rudolph, Chris Watt, Tyler Eifert, Tommy Rees, Jaylon Smith, Daelin Hayes, Liam Eichenberg, and Prince Kollie. If you include all-star games, camps, and 7on7's, he said, “Too many to count.”
Guys, I couldn’t be more excited about this addition. He checks all of the boxes in a hire for Blue & Gold. He’s a Notre Dame grad. He knows this community, considering he’s been reading and posting on the board for nearly two decades. He’s very creative and has superb leadership skills.
And most importantly, Greg shares in our vision to build Blue & Gold to the strongest it has ever been in honor of the late, great Lou Somogyi.
Give Greg a warm welcome!
