I hope BW was watching that crap last night. These football lamebrains will say anything in November and December to get promising young talent out of college and into the NFL Draft. I felt that DeShone needed another year in college to work on his game. I felt the offense took about three steps backward after BK moved over to the defensive side of the ball last season. I think BK recognized it and brought in Coach Long. DK wanted to play in the NFL now and made the decision. I think with what they have in Cleveland DK could win the job this summer. I wanted to put my size 11 shoe down Kiper and McShay's throat last night. I thought a little ESPN bias came out on their broadcast against DK. Their opinion was a lot different that other media outlets (SI, NFL.com, Fox.com, and CBS.com). Get over it ESPN/ABC; Notre Dame Football will never join your family.
"Winner: Browns
The Browns didn’t come away with a quarterback on Day 1, but that wasn’t a time for panic. They took the best players available, shoring up the defense and adding a dynamic tight end in David Njoku. On the second night of the draft, they addressed the quarterback position, catching the falling DeShone Kizer at 52nd overall. He probably won’t start right away, buhe can develop into a quality starter in the NFL."---Fox.com
"52. Cleveland Browns: DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame
Grade: A+
The second-best quarterback prospect in this class — a project, but one worth the work — at No. 52 is larceny. Cleveland should have its quarterback.
