This came with challenges. No Tyler James to save our butts from our technological shortcomings. Tom was in his car (though parked) during his 24-day, 11,000-mile trip interviewing recruits across the country. And at one point we had to pivot to using speaker phone with Tom. But I felt the risk is worth the potential reward.
