I could not believe when I saw UVa has not won since 2003, and has not scored in 2 years?

Is this the most lopsided rivalry in college football over the last 2 decades? I would argue uva is much better this year - is it just mental? VT has a horrible defense

Edit - predictably, once I say something, uva opens the second half with a score.
