Football USC WR transfer CJ Williams commits to Wisconsin

I reported earlier this week that Notre Dame was working to get former ND commit and USC WR CJ Williams on campus this weekend, but his visit plans were not yet finalized.

Now that visit won't happen. Williams has committed to Wisconsin.
