quality of academics at OSU. Several recruits are expressing surprise when they hear about academics at OSU upon their visits. I assume Myer is really trying to attack the academic advantages that ND and UM really have. We all know that one can get a very good education at most large universities. But, that doesn't always, or even usually, impact many football players. Meyer is a cagey guy. In the past at FL and again at OSU. he has introduced various "traditions" that mimic what he saw when at ND....things that were attractive to recruits.
