I have watched the replay of the hit on Hunter in the end zone. Apart from the targeting question (It was clearly targeting), Hunter caught the ball, had control of the ball, had both feet down in the end zone; isn't that a touchdown before he got hit??? Shouldn't ND have challenged the call based on a claim the play was a touchdown??

No. When a receiver leaves his feet, he has to maintain possession all the way to the ground. It's not just tapping your feet on the ground(a la a sideline catch). You have to maintain possession when you fall to the ground, which the receiver didn't because of the hit. It should have been called targeting, but it wasn't a reception.

Ok. Thanks for the clarification.
