For Notre Dame's first two home games this season against Marshall and California, the Irish have only hosted a few recruiting targets on campus. Against Marshall, the only target was 2023 Rivals100 RB target Jeremiyah Love, and for the Cal game, 2023 three-star wide receiver target Taeshaun Lyons officially visited. 2024 three-star CB prospect (and South Carolina commit) Karson Hobbs ended up coming away with a scholarship offer.

For this week's Stanford game, Notre Dame is expecting more targets in attendance.

Inside ND Sports has already reported that 2023 athlete target Brandyn Hillman will be officially visiting. As will running back and safety commits Dylan Edwards and Ben Minich. 2024 five-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo and 2024 Rivals100 linebacker Payton Pierce will be unofficially visiting.

And the targets for this weekend will not stop there.

Inside ND Sports has learned a few other unnamed targets will be on campus, including a 2023 class quarterback. We cannot share names at this time. We hope to later this week when the full visitor's preview is posted Thursday evening/Friday morning.

We are also working to confirm that Love will be back on campus. A source told Inside ND Sports last week that Love's visit was in the works but was not completely set. If Love does indeed make it back to South Bend, he will 100% be on commitment watch. I recently submitted a Rivals FutureCast for the Irish to land Love.

That's all I can share for now. It sounds like some momentum on the recruiting trail could be coming Notre Dame's way...
