there have been very few screw ups like that in the history of college football! Riley doesn’t fire that DC, then SC is screwed, and Riley is a fool!
How about giving credit to Tulane, their players and coaches.
They didn’t give up and won that game !
OU played Tulane in Norman last year. Ahead 23 points at the half. Rattler was the QB. And then Pratt took over. With a minute to go was 40-35 and Tulane had the ball. OU got a turnover and won. But saw how good Pratt was and how bad the OU D was. Which Riley took with him. Justice.
no doubt; Riley cannot devote his full attention to the offense, without regards to the other 1/2 of the team! Even with the best DC a top HC would be a fool to do that! The buck stops with the H.C.
The smart move now is fire Grinch and entice Coach O. into returning to SC; but no way Riley shares the stage with such a strong personality.

Not so sure. Riley can recruit good QBs. Rattler, Williams, etc. Has another 5 star from California getting reading to join. Just can't figure out the defense talent.
