Pride de-committed from VT today. Considered by many to be an ND favorite, UNC could be a factor here.

Like it Sal. Like your recruiting updates - they are good, but Ol ND 35 was the best - sure would be great to hear from him. He has to be loving this season.

Does anyone know if he is on any other sites ?

Can any of the board moderators track him down and tell him send us a post ?

Loved his wisdom and humor - a wise old owl w/ always good stuff.

Go Irish ! Beat WF 45 to 10 !!!!

I know there is still a need for secondary help, but don't you think 3 more commits is a bit much? I see them taking 1 more safety/corner. Scholarships are tight, and we still need LBs and possibly DL. I would also like to see one more stud receiver added, though Fuller announcing that he is coming back is a big boost.

As the numbers stand now and from what I have read I think they are looking to take up to 8-9 more...

3 CB/S - 1 of each
2 LBs
1 DE
1 RB
1 WR
1 Athlete

Hopefully Hamlin, Beitku, Hayes, Alloway, Ferns, Pride, McKinley, Robertson, and McCulloch would be a great way to finish out this class on high note if possible.

obviously, decommitt season is upon us, here we we go, every day will be a new adventure (rumor)
The thing is we have heard no rumors of any ND recruits talking about decommitting this year. Some rumors of Perry earlier but he squashed those.Have you any knowledge Perse of any chatter of ND recruits looking elsewhere after committing? This seems to be a tight knit group.

all quiet on the ND list. The ND group seems tight. We saw that a few years ago also.

i'm not saying it won't happen. It just seems these guys all work together to help recruit others more so than last year's group. McKinney wanted to come to ND, he just didn't have the grades. So his decommitment was more from not being able to enroll at ND.I can't think of any others at this moment. There were Guyton rumors but he ended up at ND. Does seem to be more kids at other places[Mich.St.] decommiting lately. Right now, I feel like if ND keeps in 4 spot, all the kids are sticking with ND plus maybe a chance to bring in some they are pursuing. As the great ND35 WOULD SAY, you gotta believe in the Irish.
