interesting read - I always liked TR; he was a gamer... I never understood the hostility and the derisive nicknames - he was a guy that made the most of his abilities, and you really can't ask for any more than that... he also saved the Irish on numerous occasions - they would not have finished 12-0 in 2012 without his heroics... probably wouldn't be 12-0 this year without his work with Book and Wimbush...

never bitched about getting benched, and when called upon, came in and acted like a leader...

glad to have him on staff - he's again playing a critical part in a magical season...

He's the next HC for the Irish. BK will coach another five years. Long will get his own gig next year. TR will be moved to the OC role and be grooming for the HC job in South Bend.

Predictions are always accurate 50 % of the time so there you go. Bank on that being half correct.

P.s. don't be surprised seeing Powlus back coaching something again for the Irish.
