Kelly's mistake : he stayed at ND one year too long ,and now he is stuck here . Swarbrick and the administration are in denial with state of the program . They have no real plan or goal . Their inaction is an indication . As said many times , every major program wouldn't put up with a 4-8 season. 7 years and no consistent program growth .Up and down
