How could the CFB Playoff Committee JUSTIFY moving Notre Dame down from # 2 to # 4 on Sunday, December 20th at Noon, when last night the CFB Playoff Committee moved the University of Florida down ONLY 1 spot by losing at Home to a 3 - 5 LSU Team that was playing with only 47 Scholarship Players?
