Surprise, Surprise, Temple / ND will be an 8pm kick off

I am actually happy. It is Halloween and my kids will done before 8:00 PM their trick or treating. Other option I would have liked is a 12:00 or 12:30 start but I knew that was doubtful with both teams ranked.

ND played Navy in primetime last year, they played Purdue in primetime a few times as well. I expect as long as we have 1 loss, any road game will be an 8 PM kick.

Yup, it's called ratings .... Ummm and dollars $$$$$$. :)

This is the biggest game on Temple's schedule. They get ND on the road in primetime with absolutely nothing to lose.

Temple returns every starter on defense from last year and plenty of weapons on offense. There is a reason they are ranked in the top 25.

ND gets the BYE week to heal and get their heads right. But Temple by every means has the ability to off ND.

Have to admit though they get ND at a horrible time.
at East Carolina
Notre Dame
at SMU

tough stretch for them.

PITT has been tough this year. However they have had a couple key injuries really hurting them.

Nice that ND gets a BYE before these two game.

Will be nice if ND can pull off 2 top 25 wins on the road. ND needs wins like that

ND is a ratings bonanza. Always has been and always will be. They play a Philly team and. Pittsburgh team in major markets, BC as well, and their ratings will be far ahead of the vast majority of games.

Oh, then again, if you are stupid, maybe people want to FSU vs. Chattanooga or Oregon vs. eastern Oregon!!!??? Not going to happen!

And the obsession continues.

I don't think ND-Pitt will be a night game. That day you also have TCU- OSU, CLEMSON-FSU, and LSU-BAMA. All of those are bigger games, IMO.
