subscription canceling help!!!!

How does one cancel a subscription if the chat doesnt work to connect with a person????please advise because its ridiculous and feel like this is a scam

Use the drop box and email a mod. There use to be an 800 number to Rivals that I used before, but that was several years ago when I was having subscription issues.

One thing you need to know though is that you posted your thread on the free football board, you might try and post it on the Roundtable.

Google Rivals phone number....should bring the current one up.

My Rivals Blue Gold membership. None of the links they provide work . The Rivals number is disconnected . The chat which is now their way of someone canceling a subscription and it isn't working either ......

Thank you but as I said before ... none of the numbers are working ... all disconnected .. their preferred way of communication is chat now , which isn't working either . (all the links to cancel are no longer working)

Contact your CC company and cancel it......

You still have a gold shield. send a message to one of the admin's on the pay site. They should be able to hook you up.

once in the system, you are there for life.

but, look at your subscription confirmation you recieved when you enlisted. It has instructions to cxl. you cannot cxl by email: you must call. (you did keep your reciept, right?)

or

look at the help site for terms of agreement, there is a section about canceling.

wow! this poster is correct! they do not list contact info except thru net chat and there are no human contact numbers shown!

best advice....if they don't want to talk to you, then don't talk to them! and do not subscribe to such a 'mysterious service'!

Could you possibly change or get another credit card number especially if they bill your credit card directly?

Also ,could you go to your bank , credit card ( Visa Master Charge etc ) and ask them to stop payment?
