Notre Dame signed 21 new prospects on the first day of the early signing period welcoming each to the program officially.

Following the conclusion of the three-day period, Blue & Gold Illustrated spoke with Tom Lemming, the editor of the Prep Football Magazine, to get his thoughts on each signee on the defensive side of the ball, which includes nine four-star prospects by Rivals.
