Notre Dame offered Elk Grove (Calif.) Franklin four-star Lamar Jackson on Monday.
"I'm definitely going to give Notre Dame a look," Jackson said. "USC and UCLA are the two schools that people always talk about, but that's because it's easy for me to visit and I have been [to both places] twice. I'm looking for the school that's going to give me the best chance to play and that includes Notre Dame."
