I mentioned a few weeks back, that Wichita (Ks.) East defensive end Xavier Kelly was a guy that Notre Dame was evaluating and a prospect that could see an offer come his way. Well, that day has come.Kelly decommitted from Kansas State on Saturday, and was offered by Notre Dame on Tuesday.
