Naperville (Ill.) Central three-star junior receiver Emmanuel Rugamba plans to visit Notre Dame for Irish Invasion, and his school received a visit from Mike Denbrock on May 5.
Watched the 6-0, 172-pounder run some routes at the Rivals camp, he did some nice stuff. Very likable kid too, was popular with the others.
