When you guys say "the Irish are in good shape with _______", I generally take that to mean the Irish are leaders or co-leaders for that player. I get the feeling that sometimes, writers here and elsewhere use that term to describe players that ND is in the hunt for, but not necessarily leading for. For future reading, would you be willing to clarify what you are trying to convey when you write those words. I have found myself unsure recently.
