Not sure we will see a coach dedicated to Special Teams. I'm thinking it will be someone who will have dual duties. Nothing would make me happier going into next season than BK taking Special Teams dead serious.

It was time to hire a new coach from a breathe of fresh air perspective but the Jack may not have had confidence in who that guy would be . BK is really done . I say this because he has to make so many internal changes to get it right . The "OC" leaves , he needs a new DC with "his guys " ? Does that mean Lyght is gone ? ? ? Does that mean Elston is gone ??? His Special teams coach never should have been hired from day one and he was let go. In his 1st meeting with the 2017 team who will be in that room with him ? A lot of new faces , ideas and what does Bk say to the troops ? " These are the new guys that will clean up the mess from the guys I hired and fired " ? Who will believe him ? If I were a player I would be very skeptical of the HC. The season was bad because the HC made way too many bad decisions . Will that ever change ?

Assistant coaches can make a gigantic difference...but they make the difference complimenting the head coach.

As long as Brian Kelly is here the assistant coaches might as well be yardage props...there but not really doing anything. When they do something wrong BK not a clue how to recognize such horse shit...yet he keeps them from doing good because he puts his teams in the absolutely worst situations possible.

P.s.
Join me in prayer once the NFL season ends he some how...some way ... sells his bullshit to an NFL team and they hire him.

Sadly it appears that's the ONLY way this disgusting love affair between him and the AD will cease.

I still can't believe this university is accepting of this coach.

We can't win every game but the team in SO many aspects was embarrassing and the worst of all were things BK has a direct influence over.

He's terrible.
